  • Please be mindful of your surrounding area that there are no pieces of glass laying around. Assess if the Google Pixel cracked screen looks more like a hairline, or a fully- blown crack. This way you can quickly gauge how quickly it can be repaired, and if it will damage the phone internally.
  • It is worthwhile to know, that Google has partnered with tech repair chain BreakiFix that offer walk in repairs. However, the price of inspecting the phone, replacing the screen, or even replacing the phone adds up.
  • Return time can be from up to a week to longer. You’re better off getting the cracked phone screen repaired, by us here in Chiswick We wouldn’t recommend fixing the break yourself, since there are lots of software issues that could erupt as a result of a misstep from Youtube advice.

    Kensington Office & the Lewisham Store is open in between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Weekend bookings are subject to staff availability and we will have to call you back and confirm.

    Warranties:

    Standard warranty coverage: we provide product repair and offer a replacement of a product or product parts with the same item. We also offer a refund of the cost of the product minus depreciation if it is determined that the item cannot be repaired or if the customer opts for a refund rather than repair. The warranty must be activated for this to be put into full effect.


    Our standard warranty on almost all repairs is 3 months. We can extend the warranty for you to 6 months to a year depending on the type of service we carry out for you. We will let you know if we can offer an extended warranty on your devices during the quotation stage.
