Battery not holding charge?

  • The first thing to do when your battery is not holding charge, is to investigate as to what is going on. You can check to see how much of your battery life is being drained at IOS>Settings>Battery, Battery Replacement. 
  • In some cases, liquid damage to the phone motherboard can cause it to not let the battery charge properly or it causes the battery to drain quicker, making it difficult to hold charge.

At Repair Daemon we offer a full inspection of the battery, and charging port, so that we can assess which parts need to be repaired.

    Kensington Office & the Lewisham Store is open in between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Weekend bookings are subject to staff availability and we will have to call you back and confirm.

    Warranties:

    Standard warranty coverage: we provide product repair and offer a replacement of a product or product parts with the same item. We also offer a refund of the cost of the product minus depreciation if it is determined that the item cannot be repaired or if the customer opts for a refund rather than repair. The warranty must be activated for this to be put into full effect.

    Our standard warranty on almost all repairs is 3 months. We can extend the warranty for you to 6 months to a year depending on the type of service we carry out for you. We will let you know if we can offer an extended warranty on your devices during the quotation stage.
