Enquiry & Booking
Our unique service model enables a hassle-free device repair process for our clients. You can place an inquiry with us through our online form or on 020 8126 0999 and our team will get in touch with you. Once we get to the root of the issue with your device, you can book your device with us.
Collect & Access
After you book your device with us, our colleague will reach out to you for device collection. They will collect the device from you at the given time-slot and bring it in to our central workshop for assessment.
Invoicing & Repairing
Once our engineers are done assessing the device, our team will reach out to you with quotation. Once approved, they’ll send in the invoice and you can clear the payment. After that, our technicians will carry out all the necessary repairs and make sure that your device is fully functional and tested. This shall be done within 24-48 hours. In case we have to order the required part from across the sea, we will let you know the estimated time and will keep you in loop for the same.
After we ensure that your device is up-to-date, our team will once again get in touch with you to book a delivery slot. Our colleague will be in touch with you and deliver your device back to you safely in the given time slot.
